Delivery charges and regions
Delivery charges depend on the product and destination. The delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout after you enter the delivery postcode.
Sauna delivery to England and Wales
Delivery is included in the product price for eligible sauna orders to mainland England and Wales.
The Isle of Wight (PO30–PO41) and Isles of Scilly (TR21–TR25) require an individual delivery quotation.
Sauna delivery to mainland Scotland
A delivery supplement applies to eligible sauna orders delivered to mainland Scotland:
- £399 including VAT for central and southern mainland Scotland
- £749 including VAT for northern and north-east mainland Scotland
The applicable charge is calculated from the delivery postcode and shown at checkout before payment.
Scottish islands and excluded remote districts require an individual quotation.
Destinations outside mainland Great Britain
Automatic checkout is available only for eligible sauna deliveries to mainland England, Wales and the covered mainland Scotland postcode bands.
Please request a delivery quotation before ordering for:
- Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland
- Scottish islands and excluded remote districts
- Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly
- Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey
- BFPO addresses
- Europe and every other international or offshore destination
We will confirm the delivery charge, service and quote validity in writing. Once you accept the quotation, we will create the order and send a secure payment link.
Free collection from Widnes
Eligible Scottish sauna customers may collect their order free of charge from our private warehouse in Widnes. Collection is by prior appointment only and is available when shown at checkout.
You may collect personally or nominate another person or carrier. We will ask for the collector's details before the appointment and confirm when the order is ready.
The collecting vehicle must have enough space and payload capacity for the packed order. The customer or nominated carrier is responsible for suitable load restraints and safe onward transport. We may refuse loading if the vehicle or restraints are unsuitable.
Do not travel to the warehouse until we have confirmed the collection appointment and loading arrangements.
Sauna delivery service and access
Saunas are large and heavy. Delivery is normally kerbside or to a suitable driveway unless the product page or your written quotation states otherwise.
Before dispatch, we may ask for photographs or a short video of the delivery access. The unloading area must be accessible to the agreed vehicle and suitable for the unloading method. Gravel, soft ground, steep slopes, steps, restricted turning space, overhanging trees and narrow roads can require different equipment or a separate quotation.
Installation, assembly, positioning and electrical work are not included unless the product page or written order confirmation expressly says they are.
Failed delivery, redelivery, storage, extra labour or specialist equipment caused by inaccurate or incomplete access information may incur an additional charge. We will explain any known additional charge before arranging dispatch.

Delivery times vary by product, stock position, destination and service. Please use the estimate on the product page as a guide. We will contact you after ordering to confirm stock, access requirements and the expected delivery arrangements.
