Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses is not available at this time.
Some exclusions may apply based on product type.

Free Shipping

Most orders qualify for free shipping.

Exceptions:
Certain products, including SaunaLife and Auroom items, may incur additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or manufacturer requirements. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to order fulfillment.

Shipping policies may vary depending on manufacturer arrangements. If you are unsure whether your order qualifies for free shipping, please contact us before purchasing.

Freight & Curbside Delivery (Saunas & Large Items)

All sauna deliveries are curbside delivery only.

This means:

  • The carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb or driveway

  • The carrier will not move items into your home or building

  • The customer is responsible for moving the product beyond curbside

If the shipment size prevents standard unloading, the customer must arrange a forklift or crane at their own expense at the time of delivery.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Shipping Time: In-stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days

  • Carriers: FedEx Ground and reputable LTL freight carriers

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain disruptions.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email

  • If tracking information is not received within 6 business days, please contact us at

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If damage is visible:

  • Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Take photos of the damage and packaging

Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to ensure eligibility for resolution.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at: sales@heracleswellness.com

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Order Refusal Policy

Orders refused for reasons other than shipping damage or carrier error may be subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • All original and return shipping costs

Custom or freight items may not be eligible for refusal once shipped.
