30-Day Return Policy
Heracles Wellness offers a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
Some products are excluded from no-fault returns or have shorter return periods. These exceptions are clearly noted on individual product pages and outlined below.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

All components, manuals, and accessories must be included

Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved in advance
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Made-to-Order (MTO) Products
Made-to-order products (including custom saunas) are manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
Because these items are bespoke and cannot be resold, we strongly recommend reviewing all specifications carefully before placing your order.
Warranty Coverage
MTO products remain fully covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty for defects or workmanship issues.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unused and uninstalled

In original packaging

Complete with all parts, manuals, and accessories
If an item:

Has been installed
-
Is missing components
-
Is returned without original packaging
-
Shows signs of use or damage not covered by warranty
A 20% restocking and repackaging fee will apply.
If returned items are damaged beyond warranty coverage, the return may be rejected, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping back to them.
How to Start a Return

If approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment receive a full refund

Customers are responsible for return shipping once an item has shipped
For made-to-order products, cancellations are not possible once fabrication has started.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide photos of the item and packaging
Eligible claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: up to 10 business days

Bank or card processing may take additional time
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or shipping error.
