Switch StoresThe Sauna looks incredible. The sales team were the most responsive people that I’ve bought something from in this country. The installation team were second to none - kind, friendly, keen to tell me about everything and ensure all was well with me.
I shopped around a lot and I also think Heracles are best value for money. If you are wondering weather or not to go for it then I irrefutably recommend you do! I’ve added a picture of the team in action. I laid the African railroad sleepers which is a perfect and good looking base.
It arrived faster than I had expected. It came well packed on the back of a large lorry and put on my drive.
It took 2 of us 4 days to put together and the instructions were mostly ok. For the part we weren’t sure on, the flue, we were able to get help from the head office.
It is made from high quality materials and looks great. The timber has been pre-treated which saved me time.
Overall I am very pleased with everything.
I could not be happier with my Camilla sauna from Heracles.
I had been researching for quite some time until I found Heracles and placed my order largely based on the fantastic reviews.
But the true test of a business is when things go wrong - as they did for me, with the installation by a 3rd party contractor.
Keith monitored the whole process and not only alerted me to the issues before I had chance to complain but stepped in with his team to make sure the job was completed without compromise to both his standards or my total satisfaction.
Pavel and his highly experienced, knowledgable & efficient team left no stone unturned in ensuring this.
Electrics (already installed) were connected as they left and I was in the sauna, something like 10 hours after they arrived - fantastic.
I could not be more happier with my sauna and my choice of supplier, thank you Kieth - look no further than Heracles, you will not go wrong.
From my initial interest I asked Keith and Abdullah many questions as I was looking at other products. They always gave me quick answers and were always professional. I was unsure about the cost of using the installation team and had further worries when I had problems with my bank allowing me to pay them! Keith took control and sorted it. The team arrived at 9.15am in the rain and did not finish until 9.15PM and they worked so hard. Really friendly and professional , I have to say worth every £. After installation the electrical installation and set up was not straight forward but again Abdullah was on hand to resolve the issues. Now up and running the product is quality and I am so pleased that I decided to buy a Heracles Sauna:)
If you are considering purchasing a sauna, then look no further than Heracles Wellness saunas, I cannot recommend this company enough-the customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The quality of all the components from the interior to the exterior are first class and made to a very high standard.
With the exception of the electrics, which took half a day, a carpenter with myself fetching, holding and brewing it took us 1-1/2 days to build.
We’ve now been using it for 3 weeks and we cannot believe just how good it is, there isn’t one negative thing I can say about it, or the company, it has exceeded our expectations and we set very high standards in quality and customer service. Once again don’t look any further these are the real deal. Thank you !
