Switch storesTried to assemble alone but had to recruit my partner for help, definitely a 2 person job. Doesn't take long to assemble once you figure it out, it looks good in the room and has seen daily use. It gets up to 65 degrees so gets you sweating and the red light is a nice bonus to, also good listening to podcasts and music in there.
After many weeks researching types of sauna and customer experience, I decided on the Camilla .
Other companies doing similar to the Camilla but could not match the price from Heracles Wellness.
From making the order too delivery, communication was great. All info provided on delivery and installation.
Even help on picking electrician's.
Information on what oils and protective paint is given.
Delivery was easy and on time .
I went for Diy installation.
This was easy enough with two of us . Instructions were clear and understandable.
If any problems a quick email too Heracles Wellness was answered and solved .
I would make sure your electrician understands what is needed with installation of the heater. I had some that were not even interested in reading the manual or info provided .

I am very happy with the Camilla Sauna. I elected for the Sauna to be constructed by Heracles which I'd recommend as the fitters know exactly what they are doing and it's more than a normal DIY job. My elecrician found it trickey to wire in but once sorted the results are excellent. The Sauna is a good size and will fit 4 people easily. It heats up quickly and looks good. Great value against some others.
Had the Camilla 3-4 person sauna installed by the Heracles team — delivered and fully assembled the same day.
Our electrician needed a bit of time to get to grips with the wiring, but Abdul from customer support helped talk him through it. Abdul was helpful throughout, always quick to respond to questions.
Heats up quickly in the current weather, though we haven't tried it in winter yet so can't speak to performance in colder conditions.

The installation team were on time and cleaned up after installing the sauna. The sauna itself is great quality and looks even better than the website photos. Highly recommend this product
